The SmokeHorse Sauce is Stateline's take on Cocktail Sauce. The traditional tomato-horseradish combo got an update with a little heat and a little smoke, hickory smoke to be precise. We kicked up the spiciness of the horseradish with a little habanero, but balanced it out with a little sweetness from the tomato and some smokiness. SmokeHorse is a great replacement for your typical cocktail sauce, but it's also great on burgers, fried foods and Kielbasa.
